As the new P&C Advisor, you will be a trusted partner and a vital voice within the business. Drive the talent journey: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring our client attracts and seamlessly onboards the very best talent.
Shape the future: Play a key role in developing and rolling out innovative P&C policies and exciting new initiatives.
Champion the culture: Be the heartbeat of the organisation, driving engagement activities that make this an unbeatable place to work.
Master the details: Maintain pristine employee records within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity is second to none.

Who We're Looking For:
You are more than just an HR professional; you are a natural relationship-builder, a trusted confidante, and a pragmatic problem-solver. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are known for your empathy, sound judgement, and unwavering integrity.
The Must-Haves Checklist:
Solid experience in a P&C Advisor or HR Advisor role.
ESSENTIAL: Deep, current, and practical knowledge of New Zealand employment law. You can confidently navigate the Employment Relations Act 2000, Holidays Act 2003, Privacy Act 2020, and the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
Proven success in managing complex and sensitive employee relations cases with skill and discretion.
Exceptional communication and coaching skills – you know how to build trust and influence at all levels.
A solution-focused mindset that turns challenges into opportunities.
The ability to handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline is a huge plus!
